Class size is limited to ten people with a minimum requirement of five. Should we not manage to meet the required number of students an alternative date will be offered. We operate a 72 hour cancellation policy to give you plenty of notice.
A fantastic, fun and informative day
Our 'Love Your Camera' one day photography class will give you a solid understanding of your camera controls and how best to use them. Each camera function is explained in easy to follow sections and our practical workshops will allow you to try out your new found skills.
You will become confident with your camera capable of capturing exciting images and by the end of the day we guarantee you will know your ISO from your aperture. You will forget you even have an auto setting.
You will learn how to use aperture size to blur backgrounds to isolate subjects. How to select the correct shutter speed to freeze motion or capture movement. And much more... All theses newly discovered skills can be practised outdoors in a two hour ‘walkabout’ around Vale Park and along the riverfront in New Brighton.
Our Fabulous Classroom
Our one day photography class is held at the fabulous Mersey Arts Zone Gallery located within Vale Park New Brighton. The MAZ gallery is a wonderful inspiring space to get you in the creative spirit. Vale Park itself offers amazing photo opportunities plus the riverfront is right on the doorstep.
